Resolution

We settle the debt legally

Through our network of licensed Canadian law firms, we negotiate and settle qualifying unsecured debt — collections, charge-offs, judgments, liens, writs, garnishments — often for less than the full amount owed. The settlement is funded by a lump sum from the mortgage proceeds.

No consumer proposal. No credit counselling. No bankruptcy. This is a legitimate legal settlement — documented, discharged, and clean.
